Matron's self catering cottage was once the local bakers shop, built in 1875 in a terrace of fisherman's and miner's cottages. Overlooking West Beach and the sea in the charming ancient harbour town of Watchet in West Somerset.
The cottage is an ideal base for an active holiday and a comfortable retreat when you just want to relax, unwind and watch the tide come in.

The kitchen in Matron's cottage is fully equipped and enjoys stunning uninterrupted sea views. Step outside the back door onto your own terrace, with a stripey seaside 'hut' the perfect spot to sit and enjoy watching the fishing boats go by.
